No bake rich chocolate brownie

Ingredients
- 395g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 290g dark cooking chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g chocolate biscuits
- Optional selection of nuts or other toppings
Method
- Grease and line base and sides of a 19cm square pan with baking paper.
- In a medium saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk and dark cooking chocolate and stir constantly over medium heat until mixture is smooth and thickened slightly. Removed from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Meanwhile place chocolate biscuits in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add to saucepan and stir until combined. Press into prepared pan; if desired top with optional selection of nuts or other toppings.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
